Haematology Specialist Interests
I specialise in bleeding disorders and thrombosis (DVT). My specialist interest in bleeding disorders began while training at the Haemophilia Centre in Oxford, England.
Training in Haematology culminated in a Clinical Research Fellowship at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, Australia.
Since 2003 I have been a Consultant Haematologist at the West Suffolk Hospital, England. I helped set up the Anticoagulation and Deep Vein Thrombosis service at the hospital. The hospital's Thrombosis Committee received a national award for its work on thrombosis prevention in 2013.
